Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all information is accurate.
We may preauthorize payment at the time of order placement and charge your payment method when the product ships or is confirmed available. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information.

Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Delays
All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers, weather events, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Warranties

Marinaire-branded products are covered by Marinaire LLC’s applicable limited warranty.

Third-party products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
Marinaire LLC does not provide installation services and is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, incorrect sizing, improper electrical supply, misuse, corrosion, lack of maintenance, or use outside intended marine applications.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a concern regarding an order or product, you agree to contact Marinaire LLC and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may be considered a breach of these Terms. Marinaire LLC reserves the right to recover costs associated with improper or bad-faith disputes as permitted by law.
Third-Party Services
The Site may integrate or link to third-party services or applications. Marinaire LLC is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party providers and disclaims all liability arising from their use.
Intellectual Property

Indemnification

Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim.
