Signature Required for High-Value Shipments (Domestic)

For security reasons, FedEx requires an adult signature for all orders with a total value of $750 or more, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Someone must be available at the delivery address to sign for the package. If no one is available, FedEx will not complete the delivery and will attempt redelivery on the following business day. The number of delivery attempts may vary by location, typically two to three attempts.

If FedEx is unable to complete delivery after the final attempt and the shipment is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping, re-shipment, and any applicable inspection or handling fees.
