Any MarinAire unit can be upgraded to the Neption Touchscreen Wi-Fi thermostat, but the required components depend on your model and serial number.

• Most units only need the Neptune thermostat and a compatible transformer

No. The Neption Touchscreen Wi-Fi thermostat is designed exclusively for MarinAire and is not compatible with other marine air conditioning brands.

MarinAire units use proprietary technology, control logic, and circuit boards that differ from other manufacturers. Because of these differences, the Neptune thermostat will not communicate or operate correctly with non-MarinAire systems.

To ensure proper operation and avoid equipment damage, this thermostat should only be used with MarinAire marine air conditioning units.
