Product is good but Delivery service was bad July 30, 2024 Reviewer: Anthony Wachowski from Middleport, NY United States   The air conditioner is great. Very easy to install. Cools the whole bowl And is very quiet. Would be five stars but they use FedEx for delivery And the delivery service sucks. So if you can have them, use a different carrier to deliver your unit. Return Process not so good July 22, 2024 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Maryland   I ordered a marine AC & the ordering process was great. However, the AC didn’t work for my space (the electrical box wouldn’t fit) so I emailed them for a RMA label to return the unit. Someone emailed me & asked me to send pictures of the unit & I sent pictures the same day. Now, I’m unable to reach anyone in the warranty department. I’m still waiting for the RMA & it’s day 6. I can understand that they said it would be here Monday or Tuesday and came here Sunday, like wow! Review October 26, 2023 Reviewer: Lawrence Richter from Orlando, FL United States   For the most part the unit appears to be okay.  However when it was being installed the installer found one of the internal fan blades was bent and causing a loud noise.  He was able to correct it, but I worry about the quality if on a new unit something like this could be missed. Worst customer service on the planet August 25, 2023 Reviewer: John from Hilton Head island, SC United States   I have unfortunately purchased 3 units from this company over the past 3 years.  They do not timely honor their return and exchange policies.  They will not even allow you to place an order for more units with new money until they waste your time acting like an insurance adjuster to jerk you around .  I recommend staying away.
