Why not ask? August 18, 2024 Reviewer: Don Parker from San Jose, CA United States   I bought a new $2,200 air conditioner from them. It shipped with a silver thermostat bezel. I had to order the black bezel I needed for $13 and $20 shipping to Ca.  Come on guys, make the bezel color an option when buying an air conditioner. Was this review helpful to you?

Let me just say this company treats me like we are good buddies with a common interest in boats. They have given me more support than any marine heat/AC out there ever would.
